Tree Trimming or Pruning

CROWN THINNING- a dense tree can cut light to your property. Axeman's crown thinning works by removing dead, crossing or duplicated branches from the crown of the tree, thereby reducing its density and allowing more light to filter through. This process does not reduce the height of the tree and can improve the health of the tree with the dead branches removed.

CROWN REDUCTION- is achieved by removing branches from around the canopy of the tree to reduce the overall height or expanse of the tree.

CROWN LIFT- involves the removal or trimming of lower branches of the tree to allow better access to paths or gardens or to create more space underneath the tree for buildings or vehicles.

Stump Grinding

Unsightly tree stumps can be a trip hazard in your garden and a haven for pests, such as ants or termites. Our stump grinding process is highly effective and reduces your stump to ground level leaving the root ball underground to eventually decay. The grinding produces wood chips which can be used as mulch on your garden, or we will remove the wood chips from your property if desired.
